January 14th & 15th was the first weekend that the new Red Brick Market site was open to the public and what a great weekend it was! There is still some work ongoing in the building (new doors are going in and some of the spare units are still to be finished for example) but all the exisiting businesses are set up and some fab new businesses have joined us too.
The building is so much bigger and brighter too - with better flooring (no bumpy bits!). I was planning on taking lots of photos at the weekend, but was busy talking to so many people that I didn't manage to!
There will be an 'official' opening date when all the little bits have been finished off - so stay tuned on social media.
Where are we?
The new Red Brick is next to the Baltic Market and behind Hippie Chic & the Yellow Submarine bar - just go through the big grey metal gates & look for the WHOPPING building with the cool red, black & white street art (featuring just some of the fab things we sell).
Opening Hours
The opening hours are the same :
Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm
Sundays 10am - 5pm
You can pay by cash or cards & (of course) we are dog friendly.
I plan on being there as many weekends as I can & if I am not about, items can be taken to the main desk to pay.
(everything is monitored by recording CCTV)
